Customer Service Representative, Part-Time, Toronto, ON

You are responsible for the day-to-day support of Now Prepay’s POS Programs, including but not limited to terminal/PC programming, installation, customer training and follow up.

The position requires a good understanding of technology and a broad range of skills.  The Customer Service Representative must be task oriented and must be able to prioritize and escalate instances accordingly.  An ability to communicate and work effectively with a team, along with an ability to work independently is required. Overall, the individual must be able to provide the best solutions to various issues.
